Creative Design and Content

We write, design and produce all manner of fundraising, marketing and educational materials, including direct mail packages, print media advertising, brochures, posters, annual reports, information packages, stationery and business cards.

Printing

is five does all types of printing, including offset, web, digital and screen printing. We pay attention to detail and quality, whether your project requires a complex direct to plate or a straightforward copy-shop run. (We’ll also advise you on which route to go so that you don’t spend more than you need to.) We always obtain three quotes from our printers to ensure you get the best price available. If required, we can do press checks for you to ensure the final product is error-free. And, of course, true to our environmental awareness roots, all the printers we use are FSC certified.

Direct Mail

We build and manage direct mail campaigns from start to finish — from helping you target your campaign to writing the creative, designing the materials, printing the package and coordinating the mailing itself.

Fulfillment

Many charities need to mobilize their fundraising appeals quickly, especially if they are responding to natural disasters or other emergency events. When you need quick delivery of existing fundraising packages, we are there for you. We store your materials for you and can mail on demand. Clients tell us our quick turn-around times have contributed greatly to their successful appeals.

Well, no… While we can print almost anything, we can’t print money. But, as a small company, we do save you money. Rather than operate a large production house with our own equipment and facilities, we keep overhead — and your costs — to a minimum by finding specific professionals and suppliers based on the custom needs of your project. Because we collaborate with you every step of the way, we learn and understand what your financial constraints may be. We have a broad pool of writers, designers, photographers and graphic artists to draw upon and we match those who are best suited to your creative needs as well as your budget.

An added advantage of not being limited by the inventory of a specific supplier is that we are always able to access state-of-the-art materials to suit your project.

And, we also save you both money and time by always obtaining a minimum of three quotes for any print job. We know non-profit organizations need this “due diligence” — so we do it for you.
